What to expect: A handcrafted class with expertly prepared recipes to entertain and teach . Food is lovingly curated, and tailored specifically to your tastes and needs. Relax and enjoy an evening of Old World Italian cuisine taught by Chef Vita cooked in your own kitchen right before your very eyes.

Cost: Private class — Ranges per person, per menu options, and location. Once you submit your request, we will provide a more accurate quote for the experience.

• Menu Options range in price due to the cost of recipe items and portions.

  Vita Pasta Lab will travel at a 20 mile radius around Fairfield, CT. Any further destinations can be submitted, and will cost extra if approved.

Required Booking: Three week’s notice ahead of your preferred date, to allow for menu creation, event timeline and review of kitchen/needs.

Guest Limitation: Please always practice safety protocol in line for our nationwide pandemic. Each state/country may vary on how many people can gather in one space. Please research and gather the correct information before planning and purchasing the necessary safety gear for guests.
